PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT PRICES
The features and prices of the products in the Meadow Cosmetics online store are presented in connection with each product's description. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the relevant prices in the shopping cart before you accept the order. The prices of the products include a value-added tax of 25.5%, which is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Any delivery charges that may be applied to the order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they will be automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the delivery charges for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
ORDERING AND CONTRACT
You can order products from our Meadow Cosmetics online store by adding them to your shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the cart through the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to our current delivery terms. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order is, except for what is later mentioned regarding the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us in accordance with these delivery terms.
MINOR CUSTOMERS
If you are under 18 years old, you must ensure that you have your guardian's consent before placing an order. Orders placed by those under 18 are the responsibility of the guardian.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
After a successful order, a confirmation email will be sent to you, so please provide your email address when placing the order. The confirmation email will also confirm the payment method used. If we are unable to confirm your order for any unexpected reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
DELIVERY METHOD
We will deliver your order using the delivery method mentioned on our website that you select during the ordering process.
DELIVERY TIME
Our most common delivery times to the EU area are 1–7 business days, depending on the order and delivery method.
FORCE MAJEURE
Meadow Cosmetics Ltd is not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure refers to an unpredictable and exceptional situation or event that is beyond the control of Meadow Cosmetics Ltd and whose consequences could not have been avoided even with careful actions. Such situations may include war, rebellion, natural disasters, exceptional natural phenomena, fire, strike, obstacles to the supply of energy or raw materials, restrictions imposed by authorities, or other similar reasons. Customers will be informed of any delays or other issues caused by force majeure as soon as possible.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Meadow Cosmetics products come with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 90 days and receive a refund for the price of the products.
Based on the satisfaction guarantee, we will refund the price of the products. The original shipping costs of the order are not refunded.
We want you to be confident in your choice, so we understand that the product needs to be properly tested. We believe in the quality of our products so strongly that, for example, you can use the first jar of cream completely to genuinely assess the product's effectiveness. However, Meadow Cosmetics evaluates satisfaction guarantee and return situations on a case-by-case basis, so please always contact our customer service.
If you have purchased multiple products, we appreciate it if you return unused products in their original packaging. We reserve the right to assess return situations on a case-by-case basis to prevent abuse.
STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act for distance sales. This right of withdrawal begins upon receipt of the product. During the statutory withdrawal period, you can return the product without any separate conditions or restrictions.
RETURN PROCESS
In case of a return, please contact moi@meadow.fi and state the reason for the return. You will receive our warehouse's return code and further instructions from us.
Pack the product carefully. Write the return code you received clearly on the package.
Take the package to your chosen Posti location or parcel machine.
We will refund the price of the product (minus any return costs) to your account within 14 business days from the time the product arrives at our warehouse and is deemed returnable.
RETURN DELIVERY TERMS
Returns are sent via Posti using our warehouse's return code. Remember to keep the receipt of the return until you have received confirmation of the return's receipt.
UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
Leaving goods uncollected is not considered a customer return or cancellation in this context.
If the shipment is returned to our warehouse as uncollected, we will charge an additional fee of €10 for resending it.
If a refund is requested for an uncollected order returned to our warehouse, we will deduct a processing fee of €10 from the amount to be refunded.
In case of returns, refunds will always be made using the payment method used for the order.
RIGHT OF EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another, please contact our customer service. moi@meadow.fi.
Please note that the right of exchange applies only to unopened and fully saleable products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange opened cosmetic products. (If you have already tried the product, please refer to our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.) Exchanging the product is free for you.
Please proceed as follows:
In your email, please state the reason for the exchange and which product you would like to exchange it for.
You will receive a return identifier and more detailed instructions from us.
Write the identifier on the package and take it to a Posti service point or machine.
DELIVERY CHECK, ERRORS, AND ISSUES
Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport, or if it does not match your order or is incorrect, please report it as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days to the address moi@meadow.fi, and we will arrange how to correct the error. In consumer sales, we follow the mandatory liability provisions of the consumer protection law regarding errors.
